ROOT OF THE FLAME – GRANDMASTER MOHAMMAD ROSTAMI
Grandmaster Haj Mohammad Rostami (1938–2020), a pioneer of professional wrestling and martial arts in Iran, established the first Sambo Martial Arts center in Mazandaran in 1963. A battle-hardened war commander during the Iran–Iraq war, he trained thousands in guerrilla combat tactics and asymmetric warfare. Honored as a national hero, he dedicated his life to discipline, strength, and the defense of his homeland. His warrior spirit laid the foundation for generations of martial and fitness excellence to come.

With over 35 years of elite global experience, Prof. Ali Rostami is a pioneer in tactical martial arts and personal protection. He is the founder of Intelligent Self-Defense in the world, a system now practiced by military units, police, universities, and organizations worldwide. As the head of international martial arts federations across the Middle East and holder of 7 Dan in Jiu Jitsu International, he has trained thousands in real-life combat readiness, blending ancient wisdom with modern strategy. Respected as one of the top minds in the world of self-defense and combat fitness, his mission is to forge warriors of mind, body, and discipline.

Born in 1992 in Tehran, Atur Karyan (formerly known as Poya Rostami) is the torchbearer of a legendary martial dynasty spanning three generations. Trained from the age of six under the fierce discipline of gymnastics and traditional martial arts, he was forged in the fire of combat by two masters: his grandfather, Grandmaster Haj Mohammad Rostami, and his father, Prof. Ali Rostami, founder of Intelligent Self-Defense. His training includes Karate, Wing Chun, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Iaido, Silat, Jujitsu, Tai Chi, Archery, Shooting, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Boxing, Kali, Tactical Self-Defense, Yoga, and Close Protection. From Iran to Southeast Asia, he became not just a student — but a master. While pursuing his Master’s degree in Drama & Acting at the University of Malaya, the top-ranked university in Southeast Asia, he was simultaneously teaching his family’s advanced combat system to university professors, elite martial artists, and military personnel across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore. By his late teens, he had already given international seminars and trained hundreds in the elite art of Intelligent Self-Defense. His methods combined physical warfare with psychological resilience — restoring not just the body, but the spirit. As a national champion and tactical coach, he later founded the International Persian Bodyguard Academy in Iran, and then ROSTAMI SELF DEFENSE in Canada. His mission: to rebuild broken spirits, awaken sleeping warriors, and revive the flame of ancient Persian power in a modern world. After two decades of deep historical research, he uncovered a forgotten truth — that the core of most global empires, legendary warriors, and martial traditions can be traced back to ancient Iran. Inspired by this revelation, he founded the Aturkaryan System: a spiritual and combat discipline rooted in fire, sovereignty, and restoration. Today, Atur Karyan stands not just as a teacher — but as a rebuilder of kings, a voice of forgotten empires, and the founder of a movement that awakens the ancient fire within every human being.

KHAN I: Awakening

What you will train:

-Balance, footwork, and reaction drills

KHAN II : Circuit Throne
Train the instinct to survive and protect.
Here, you begin to move with precision and power — preparing your body for real-world encounters.
What you will train:
-Real-world self-defense basics (strikes, blocks, escapes)
-Core martial drills (centerline, pivot, shoulder snap)
-Partner drills & reflex games
-Target focus and spatial awareness

KHAN III : Gate of Dominion
Master the warrior’s breath and inner stillness.
This KHAN returns you to deep silence, where body, breath, and mind merge.

-Warrior Yoga I – Grounding Flow (30-min sequence)
-Breath control (4–4–4–4, 4–7–8, fire breath, retention)
-Nervous system reset & relaxation training
-Mental focus drills (candle flame, still eye, gaze practice)
-Holding uncomfortable poses to master discomfort
-Ground meditation & inner energy mapping
-Creating your personal calm space anywhere
KHAN IV : Blood Purge
Awaken the power of voice, presence, and invisible influence.
Train how to walk, speak, and stand like a king — silently commanding space.

-Command voice training (tone, projection, silence)
-Warrior walk: presence and pace in motion

KHAN V : Timeline Breaker
